Rental Troubles
Mobile Battery Specifications
You can rent a mobile battery using your smartphone in the following ways:
• MTcharge Dedicated App Scan the designated QR code with your smartphone camera, download the dedicated app, and proceed with the rental.
• Direct Rental via LINE Without downloading the dedicated app, you can scan the QR code with LINE's camera and rent directly.
• Direct Rental via WeChat Without downloading the dedicated app, you can scan the QR code with WeChat's camera and rent directly.
The procedure for renting a mobile battery is as follows:
1. Scan the QR code on the MTcharge charging stand with your smartphone camera.
2. For first-time users, select a payment method and proceed with the rental procedure (SMS verification is required for app rentals).
3. After completing the payment process, remove the battery from the slot that is blinking and start using the mobile battery.
You can return the mobile battery at any MTcharge charging stand. You can check available return locations through the MTcharge app. The return procedure is as follows:
1. Insert the battery into an available slot on the MTcharge charging stand until you hear a click, and confirm that the indicator light changes from blinking to solid.
2. Once the return is complete, you will receive a "Return Complete Message." If you rented through LINE or WeChat, please confirm the return in your usage history.
