You will be charged according to the duration of use when you return the rental. The fees based on the duration are as follows:
Less than 30 minutes: Free
30 minutes to less than 1 hour: 165 yen
1 hour to less than 3 hours: 360 yen
3 hours to less than 6 hours: 450 yen
6 hours to less than 24 hours: 540 yen
24 hours to less than 48 hours: 900 yen
48 hours to less than 72 hours: 1,260 yen
72 hours to less than 96 hours: 1,620 yen
96 hours to less than 120 hours: 1,980 yen
If the rental period exceeds 120 hours, a total fee of 3,960 yen (including a usage fee of 1,980 yen and a penalty of 1,980 yen) will be charged.
As the mobile battery is a rental item, you are still required to return it even after paying the penalty.

There is a mobile battery at the charging station, but I can't borrow it

Accepted Answer

Mobile batteries that are not sufficiently charged cannot be rented. Please try another charging stand.

Question 3

I returned the battery, but the rental end message doesn't appear

Accepted Answer

Please ensure that you have securely inserted the mobile battery into the MTcharge charging stand and that the indicator light is on. If you accidentally insert it into another company's charging stand and cannot retrieve it, please contact the relevant company. If the rental period has not ended due to other reasons, please contact our customer support.

The borrowed mobile battery won't charge

Accepted Answer

Check the Connection of the Charging Cable Ensure that the cable is properly connected.
Low Battery Level Although the battery is charged to over 75% at the time of rental, it might have drained during use. If only one indicator light is on, the remaining battery is approximately 25%.
Check the Rental Procedure If the rental procedure was not completed correctly, the mobile battery might not function. Please check the procedure again.
Device Malfunction There might be an issue with your device. Please check if the same problem occurs with other devices.
